Governance Board

DALO's CSR Governance Board is our governance instrument, whose purpose is to address, solve and mitigate CSR related cases that may arise despite our CSR processes.

As the largest public procurement organisation in Denmark, our value chain is a highly complex entity. Even though the purpose of our due diligence processes is to identify and manage CSR related risks in our value chain, we acknowledge the need to be prepared for occurrences of violations.

The purpose of our CSR Governance Board is to ensure uniform management of matters related to CSR. The Board is anchored in the top management of DALO and addresses cases when needed, e.g. if a negative impact has been identified with an existing supplier. Through consultation with the Sustainability Secretariat and other relevant parties, the CSR Governance Board decides how a specific case is to be resolved.
