Risk assessment and follow-up measures
Below you will find more information about DALO’s CSR risk assessment and follow-up measures. Please note that systematic follow-up measures are not part of every agreement with DALO. Therefore, as a supplier, you must first review your agreement and find out whether there is a follow-up appendix.

Risk assessment and follow-up measures are included, where the procurement value is above the tender threshold.

CSR and the four stages of a procurement process:

In the Tender Material

A tentatively specified follow-up measure will be presented already in the tender notice and in the original tender material.

In the tender process:

Before tendering, potential suppliers are required to complete a CSR self-declaration. In the self declaration, the supplier confirms that, it will work actively to support and respect human rights, labor rights, the environment and anti-corruption. After submission of the self declaration, potential suppliers are screened for international sanctions.

If the self declaration is not submitted, or if the supplier is in violation of international sanctions, the tender will be excluded from the tender process.

After signing the contract:

When a supplier enters an agreement with DALO, the supplier is required to complete a CSR self assessment, which is to be submitted within the first month following the signing of the contract

DALO then conducts a thorough analysis of the supplier and, together with the self-evaluation, determines which CSR risk profile the supplier is assigned, and thus which CSR follow-up measures will be applied for the supplier in question.

During the term of the contract:

Please note, that systematic follow-up measures are not part of every agreement with DALO. Therefore, as a supplier, you must first review your agreement and find out whether there is a follow-up appendix.

During the term of the contract, DALO follows up on the supplier's CSR efforts within the framework defined in the follow-up measures. DALO reserves the right to adjust its follow-up measure, if this is deemed necessary or appropriate by DALO.
